Book Review – M is for Autism

M is for Autism – by the students of Limpsfield Grange School and Vicky Martin.   Jessica Kingsley publishers.

‘I just wanted to say a huge thank you (for recommending this book to me). I read this book in one sitting. I cried lots, it’s extremely close to home.  I’ve now ordered it for my parents.’ (written by a mum from Space Support Chesham.)

M is for Autism is written mainly by a 12-year-old girl with autism, and is an insight into her day-to-day life.  Easy to read yet heart tugging to be part of her struggle to be like ‘everyone else’.

I highly recommend it and borrowed my copy from Amersham Library.  Linda Carroll (leader of Space)
