We were pleased to invite Soli Lazarus back for our very first Zoom talk (18.11.20). She gave a really informative presentation about ADHD.
She stressed the importance of understanding that ADHD is a neurological condition. She shared a range of strategies for supporting emotional resilience and providing opportunities for success.
Did you know by the age of 12, a child with ADHD will have heard, on average, 20,000 more negative messages than a neurotypical peer?
She ended with a resonant message: I will speak for you, I will fight for you, I will advocate for you. So that one day you can do it for yourself.
