Nicci Paine, OT @ LEAP Children’s Therapy, gave a very insightful and helpful presentation (as ever). I think everyone would agree that we came away with a greater understanding of all the senses and what some sensory experiences might be like for our children. The question and answer was particularly useful and the highlighting of the sometimes quite simple steps that can improve an environment / ease anxiety.
